Dr. Langford
Dr. Langford grew up in Colorado. As a child, animals continually surrounded her, from her many family pets at home to competing in horseback riding. Her love of animals quickly became a passion for veterinary medicine after getting to spend time with their family veterinarian learning how she could keep pets happy and healthy.
With her sights set on becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Langford took a southern detour down to Louisiana State University for her undergraduate degree. At LSU, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and her minor in Animal Sciences. Dr. Langford then went to attend veterinary school at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated at the top of her class.
Dr. Langford returned to Colorado after veterinary school, missing the beautiful state, and has been practicing small animal medicine since. Her main interests in veterinary medicine include internal medicine and feline medicine. Dr. Langford has completed extra training to become a certified feline-friendly practitioner and a fear-free practitioner.
Here at Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital Dr. Langford strives to make every visit to your pets as stress-free as possible while providing high-quality care.
In her free time, Dr. Langford enjoys hiking, reading, and practicing yoga. Most of all Dr. Langford enjoys spending time with her two cats Rajah, an orange tabby, and Casanova, a tuxedo cat.
Dr. Langford looks forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
